PEER REVIEW REPORT

We are required to have a peer review of our accounting and auditing practice, once every three years.  The peer review is conducted by an independent evaluator known as a peer reviewer.  CalCPA administers the AICPA Peer Review Program for enrolled firms located in California.

Firms have peer reviews because of the public interest in the quality of the accounting, auditing, and attestation services provided by public accounting firms. Peer review contributes to the quality and effectiveness of our practice.

We maintain the highest of standards in our system of quality controls. Our firm has always received the peer review rating of pass.  When a CPA firm receives a report with a peer review rating of pass, the rating verifies that the system is appropriately designed and being complied with by the CPA firm in all material respects.
